Tokyu Railway's transportation museum offers plenty of hands-on activities for children and train enthusiasts, with numerous driving simulators and three different room-size model-train layouts. There are lots of features geared towards younger children in the Kids World annex, which was newly added in 2016.

The Panorama Theater at the museum's entrance combines a live-action train layout with a rotating series of videos introducing many of Tokyu's current trains. Out in the main exhibit halls are a good number of full-size train cars and buses from every era, and there's even a vintage airplane cockpit. Other exhibits include historical dioramas of three major train stations, cutaway views of engines and undercarriages, and analog and digital destination signs that you can operate by pressing buttons.

Over in the big museum shop you'll find T-shirts and pencil cases, train models, miniature cars, capsule toys, and character goods featuring Tokyu Railway's mascot character. There's a cafe-type rest area in the children's annex and a big play area for young children.
