Yes, Tokyu Plaza is yet another multi-story shopping center in a city full of them, but this one is worth knowing about for the lovely sixth-floor rooftop terrace area that looks out over Harajuku. The spacious terrace area, the sixth-floor coffee shop (Starbucks), and the seventh-floor cafe (Bills) are open from 8:30am every day, while other shops are open from 11am-9pm. The building was designed by architect Hiroshi Nakamura, and it was completed in 2012.
