A massive shopping and restaurant complex with more than 185 retail stores, "Urban Dock Lalaport Toyosu" is located right on the Tokyo Bay waterfront, offering lovely nighttime views of central Tokyo. The complex is especially friendly to dog owners, providing a nice dog run, a cafe with a special dog menu, and pet strollers.

Out in the courtyard area is a sunken stage area where free concerts and other events are held on weekends. During the day boats leave from the dock area for Hinode Pier and Odaiba just across the bay.
