Although it's only located on the fifth-floor level, the big outdoor terrace at Two Rooms offers a lovely unobstructed view north looking out over Harajuku, with the skyscrapers of Shinjuku in the distance. Choose from well-made cocktails or any of hundreds of wines from the huge cellar. There's a 10% service charge, but no cover or table charge.
